Hi! I’m Rachid, a personal fitness trainer and sports nutrition specialist and the founder of KivFit training. I’m using my knowledge from internationally recognized institutes and my wide experience in the fitness field to help people lose fat, gain muscles and get there fitness goals with science-based methods.

Whether your goal is to lose 5 kilograms or 10 kilograms, we can help you to reach your goal. we don’t believe in fast solution and fad diets. If you are looking for a “lose 10 kilograms in 7 days” kind of results, we aren’t for you. If you looking to make long term results with a healthy way, our coaching programs is for you!
We do not believe in a cookie cutter design to our programs. Everyone is different, and we believe in personalization in KivFit. That’s why our programs are based on your own body, training level and your desired goal to help you progress well and reach your goals as fast as possible.
ONE TO ONE COACHING
We shall teach you to exercise correctly. We shall focus on healthy physical activity, explain how to set up the machines and perform the exercises. Training under coach supervision is an effective way to get in shape quickly.
