KivFit coaching is not another one-size fits all routine. Each workout and nutrition plan is fine tuned for your unique needs and goals. We will be with you to help you reach your goals and answer all your daily questions regarding training, diet and recovery 24/7 via calls, emails, WhatsApp or Facebook.
How online training works?
Week by week we will develop and adapt the program to YOU. We will discuss what you are doing and why. You will receive 4 weeks at a time with videos on how to properly do the exercises. We will be with you every step of the way…BUT at the end of the day YOU have to want it. YOU have to do the work. The only way it works is if YOU do.
Is it right for me?
Only you can determine that. Online coaching is not for everyone. Do you need someone right there with you at the gym or do you have the willpower to live out your own dream? Some people need that person actually there looking over their shoulder but do you?
What makes it different than a live trainer?
Truth be told it isn’t much different than live training. Do you expect to meet your coach for every single gym session? If you do, expect to pay out the big bucks. Most trainers meet clients 1 or 2 times a week. The rest of it, yup you guessed it, is online interaction.
Why should I use you when the information is on the internet?
This is a good question, but here are a few for you. Do you know what to search for? Do you know credible sources for the information? Do you understand the terminology? These are important and if you don’t know that is okay. The fitness industry is constantly evolving and changing and even for the professionals its hard to keep up.
